Because of the variety of services offered by the company, it is difficult to give complete indications of costs.

Examples of some options:

Annual Service Level Agreement for a regular number of days per month in support of service managers and MI systems officers, data extraction, manipulation and tool development for reporting purposes: from £380 per day including expenses.

Intense consultancy project over two months with longer term support: from £400 per day plus travelling expenses.

Short term consultancy project of four to 15 days (intense or over a period of up to four months): from £450 per day including expenses.

Short term consultancy (e.g. one to three days): from £500 per day plus expenses.

Stand-in MI Officer support: from £325 per day plus expenses but depending upon duration and required commitment.

Helpline: all previous clients FREE. Organisations that have not worked with us before, FREE for the first hour and then chargeable at the rate of £70-00 per hour thereafter. (Tel. 01487 830089)

All charges made by the company are liable to VAT at the rate current at the time of invoicing. Invoicing is monthly with payment due no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice.
