CCCS offers ACL, WBL and Youth Service a variety of services for:

Support for the Development of Self Assessment Reports (including data and evidence comparison and interpretation);

Data use (and abuse) in everyday management, planning and SAR development;

Planning of Pre and Post Inspection action plans with regard to Leadership and Management;

MI Officer stand-in where illness or changing posts has left "a gap" ;

Mentoring support to MI managers and service heads;

In addition, we offer:

Data extraction, manipulation, interpretation including comparison with Census, targets and profiles;

Mapping services to demonstrate geographically how Business Plans and SARs are progressing

Options to enable process streamlining, including new technology, OCR/OMR, e-enrolment, web sites, etc.

Document compilation and printing (e.g. Quality and Data Process Manuals, Registers, Enrolment forms)

CCCS is quite unique in the experience brought to the work we undertake. Not only have we worked in a variety of professional settings, we also have many years experience of IT consultancy within education departments, careers companies, education business units and LEA adult and youth services.

At CCCS we understand the necessity for data and its relationship to ensuring and developing the quality of learning. We also understand the frustration felt by many at the increasing demands for data by governmental departments.
