Peter Davies, Consultant Peter worked as a youth tutor, youth officer, senior community education tutor and senior MIS systems consultant in a variety of LEAs across the Midlands and East Anglia. In 2000 he left Cambridgeshire to establish CCCS and has worked with over one third of all LA adult services since then gaining a wide understanding of the differing issues which arise in adult learning. He is an accredited LSN S4S consultant and an advisor for the Quality Improvement Advisory Service. Peter is married with three grown up children. His hobbies are conducting choirs, messing about on the river, photography, DIY and model railways, in fact anything not to do with computers! Emma Peglar-Willis, Consultant Emma started work in the Cambridgeshire Community Education Service sixteen years ago. She has worked at all levels of the service within the city of Cambridge having developed and run one of the most successful and diverse learning programmes at an inner city community college. For three years Emma managed and developed adult learning across the city of Cambridge. Widely experienced in MI matters, Emma has a wealth of experience upon which to rely. Emma is the funding expert within the company and understands the intricacies of LSC funding specifically as it applies to basic and life skills. Emma's hobbies include looking after her two teenage sons, reading and gardening. Her pride and joy is her Volkswagen caravanette, currently painted a wonderful lurid green! David Robinson, Consultant David works with CCCS on the development and implementation of youth based MI systems. He is the company project management expert having spent many years in industry doing just that! David has a cool, analytic mind which he applies to all situations and which results in detailed specifications pulled together from a variety of sources. David's hobbies include voluntary work, sailing, walking, singing and gardening. June Davies, Company Secretary June has developed a keen understanding of the SAR process and has written SARs for CCCS client services. An experienced teacher, she brings an understanding of the quality processes necessary within adult learning to all the work she undertakes. June is Company Secretary and deals with all legal matters regarding company law, employment, etc. June's hobbies (apart from looking after Peter and two of the grown up children now back at home because of the cost of housing) include reading, gardening and helping Peter mess about on the river! Louise Alderman, Secretary Louise calls herself the "Company Girl Friday". (Friday is about the only day she does not work though!) Louise deals with all correspondence and may well be the first voice of the company you hear when you ring us. Louise assists with all major projects, ensuring filing is up to date, accounts are chased and assisting with data entry work to ensure that client deadlines are met. Louise and husband Bruce have two small children. They enjoy holidays in their beloved Cornwall and take their caravan away when ever they are able. |
