Most inspection reports in the AL sector recently has included comments like: inappropriate use of data; bad use of data; not making the best use of data. What does it all mean? What constitutes GOOD or EXEMPLARY use of data? CCCS offers seminars for managers. We will come to you and discuss needs in confidence (with the Head of Service) then work with MI and curriculum managers to start to increase understanding and ownership of quality data processes, demonstrate appropriate reporting and show how data should be used to target resources.
